Older building but beautiful. Fully furnished, security at night, Fitness center, social room with outdoor patio, large park like grounds with picnic tables. Close to transit, off of Macleod Trail close to all amenities. Friendly peaple, including myself. Looking for respectful, responsible, mature, preferably female. No parties please. Canabis and smoking areas on grounds. Also lovely balcony to sit outside and view of the grounds.

I am a retired friendly lady that keeps pretty busy. The people here are very friendly and easy to make friends. Say hi when walking on the walking paths on the grounds.
