Hello, we are three girlies (two sisters and a bff) looking for up to 2 new roommates for around the end of October. 1 bedroom upstairs, and the other is downstairs (rent is cheeper for this one as its a little smaller). We live in a duplex, across from UofC. House is very spacious, mid century with a nice big backyard with parking space and an apple tree. University station is 5 mins walk away with all the major bus routes at the uni as well. You will have your own room (obviously) with you own key to the room. Two bathrooms, and in suite laundry. We are a very friendly and social group, but this is not a party house haha. We value boundaries, community, and respect for others space and keeping the house a peaceful, safe, clean space for all of us to enjoy. LGBTQA+ tolerant people ONLY our friends and family are Q,T,and G folk so if ur a little ignorant runt, we don’t want u BYE STINKY. ALSO im sad to say that if u have pets they won’t be able to join, no cats or dogs unfortunately. Our lease is until end of May 2023.
