Fullerton Avenue

Hey, I’ve Ave! My apt is a warm-lit creative space with art everywhere, trillions of wax candles, art supplies in ever corner and plants all over our big balcony. There’s also availability for a cat, which is more than welcome! It’s only a one bedroom but the den has been converted into an adorable private space just for you. There’s a bed, 3 rows of curtaining for privacy, and large steel drawers for all of your belongings. Its a really cute space and super homey, perfect for someone artsy and looking to live close to nature. My apartment complex is like a little island of its own, with the river moated around, and hundreds of nature paths right outside our building. It’s also only 10min to downtown since its so close to Lions Gate bridge, with a 24hr Denny’s walking distance from our apt (my go-to place for midnight pancakes and coffee after a night out) This apt is a dream :)

I’m Ave, a 20yr old Creative Writing student at CapU. I’m known for frequenting the events in Vancouver’s contemporary arts and music scene, I love making art and frequenting all the old bookstores in the city lol.
