✧ Hello, I’m Avery My apt is a warm-lit creative space with art everywhere, beeswax candles, art supplies in every corner and plants all over my balcony. The apartment is a one-bedroom with a makeshift bedroom in the large living room against the floor to ceiling windows with a tree-lined view. (ideal for students and travelers, however everyone welcome!) I live in the makeshift, and the bedroom for rent is private, with a bed/headboard, large window, and mirrored closet. My apartment complex is nestled across the river, with nature paths leading in every direction (you can walk directly to the beach from my apartment. I run that path often, best thing ever!) Stanley park is also so close. It’s only 10min via bus to downtown, with a direct express bus to UBC, The apt is a complete dream, and if the makeshift bedroom works for your needs, I’d love to talk soon ☽
