Our names our Nick and Becky and we have recently purchased our first 2700 square foot duplex in Calgary, AB. It is a new build with a great kitchen and view. The yard is small and enclosed. There is street parking out front and a plug-in available for the winter. The home is close to the University of Calgary, the Foothills Hospital and the Childrens hospital. We would prefer someone as a short-term rental who is a student or a professional and who is easy going and mindful. We are open to international students as well. The room is fully furnished and the bathroom is private. We have a small golden doodle named Lucy who is very kind and friendly and doesn’t shed, so a roommate would have to be open to living with a dog and us.

My husband Nick and I are professionals working 9-5. He’s an engineer (33M) and I work in Health Care (29F). We like our privacy and have family over once and a while or might have a gathering once a month but are pretty easy going and good communicators! We are open to a professional or student of a similar age who is easy going and a good communicator. My husband often plays video games downstairs in his free time and I watch TV occasionally in the basement but we are both busy with work Monday-Fridays.
