The room is simple, can take a bed and a small desk, it comes with a closet and your private washroom is outside. My roommate might wanna sell his furniture if you would be interested, it’s still all new.

About me, I’m 26 male, working as a recruiter in downtown, I work 8-5 and sleep at 11, I spend my time smoking, watching TV and might have friends over on the weekend. My girlfriend spends much time at the apartment with me, and I have 2 kittens, they are friendly and loving. I’m clean, responsible and respectful, and would like to have someone thats clean and responsible. For the parking, it’s not included in the rent but you can get one from the building. The location is great, the streetcar stops in-front of the building and have longos, shoppers, mcdonalds and canadian tire in the building.
