Travis's room

My townhouse is located in SE Calgary. It’s about 1300 square feet with a fairly large, open main floor, upstairs, and basement. It’s located in a very quiet complex with a green space out front, small lake close by, and nearby walking paths. The main floor is pretty empty and has room for other things to be added as I’ve only recently moved in. I would be completely okay with adding your decorations/furniture to fill up the space. The top floor has 2 master bedrooms and a laundry room. The basement is used for storage and a few garage projects I have on the go.

The room is a large, unfurnished room with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet located on the top floor. The furniture in the pictures will be moved down to the basement if it’s unneeded - I was using the 2nd bedroom as storage and for when family came to visit recently. Parking is available in my driveway if you have a vehicle.

Hi Everyone, my name is Travis. I work for an airline based here in Calgary. I’m looking to rent the other room in my townhouse to help cut some costs and fill the space as I’m often not home. Between being gone for work, visiting my girlfriend, and hanging out with friends, the house is empty more often than not. When I am home, I’m a very quiet and chill person! I like to watch TV shows, read, work on my car in the garage, and play video games. I don’t smoke and keep the house clean and quiet.

Ideally I’m looking for a student or a full-time working professional to share my space with. As mentioned before, a huge selling point is that I’m often not home and you would have the entire house to yourself. I have an extremely friendly, well-trained cat who has lived with me for 7 years. He doesn’t bite or scratch and loves hanging out with people. I enjoy having a clean house and am looking for somebody who is also clean, who doesn’t smoke, and who is mature and responsible. I’m not in a huge rush to immediately fill the room, but if the right person comes along then the room is available whenever.
