Private room in a duplex close to U of Calgary. It is within walking distance of University of Calgary and Brentwood station. There is street parking available and a garage around the back. All facilities are shared.

We are looking for another roommate to fill a short-term lease of 4 months from January 1st 2023, to April 31st 2023. Everyone in the house is either a student or recently graduated. We are a group of friends who are active and outdoorsy! We would love a student who is here for a couple of months before heading off for the summer!
