South end level entry town house with ocean views of the Nanaimo Harbor. It is a 2 bathroom 2 bedroom home, living/dinning and kitchen are shared areas with a small deck to enjoy the view. Kitchen supplies are there for you to utilize. Large bedroom with very large closet, includes queen bed, desk and guest bath for your use. The guest bathroom is all yours and would only be utilized by visitors in social occasions. There is also a secure space to store extra items or bikes. The strata complex is a quiet area, well landscaped and close to both Port place mall and South gate mall. 10min drive to VIU or 13min drive to WMI. Single Bus route with bus stop 5 min walk from door. Shared single driveway for parking if you have a vehicle. This room is ideal for students looking for a space to enjoy while attending a school term/semester. May also appeal to working professionals who work away or someone looking for temporary accommodations. Short term, month to month agreement. Potentially available starting in Jan. I have a cat; single cat household only :).

I enjoy the mellow atmosphere my strata complex projects and hoping to find a personality similar. Fairley tidy/clean, I respect the shared space and clean up after myself. I enjoys cooking/baking when I have time. Happy to have friends over for dinner hangouts but pretty low key. I lean towards a month to month short term rental agreement as being comfortable living together is very important to me.
