Furnished room with a large ensuite bathroom in the beautiful neighborhood of Lake Bonavista. The room has its own fireplace, large windows, and closet space. Common area and laundry room are shared. We share the back yard. Quiet home. We are located across from a shopping Center, medical clinic and bus stop. Street parking available. We have a dog on the main floor, don’t want more pets in. the house.

Are two more rooms in basement, one room is rented to a lady, who works full time, and has lived here for 7 years. The third room is not rented at this moment. We are a couple, and we live in the main floor with our dog.
