Joy's room

Hello, I have a small bedroom, large living room and private bathroom in my developed basement available. We share the kitchen on the main floor and the laundry in the basement and the outdoor patio. My house is walking distance to MRU and a short bus trip to downtown Calgary, It is a safe, established neighbourhood. Some furniture is available including a queen size bed.

I am a working professional who is clean and quiet and expects the same from you. The house is animal free but I am open if you have a small dog or cat. Non smoking, non partying household.
