Looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom 1 bath farm house. The house is fully furnished and able to furnish or not the bedroom.

The rent of 600 with a damage deposit of 300 additional 300 if pet included.

Prerequisites to move in:

• Adult, not interested in having parties, but don’t mind after work drinks
• Employed or in school
• Own a vehicle ( There is no public transportation available )
• Capable and willing to live a rural peaceful lifestyle
• must love animals

I am 36 year old female professional, I’m easy going and quiet, when not working on projects on the farm, I play softball, golf, snowboard, and mountain bike. I rarely have guests over, mostly tend to the acreage and my animals. I love to cook and usually baking something.

I have a senior indoor cat and dog as well as 2 outside guardian dogs to supervise the outside animals.

I am open to a roommate bringing a pet as I know how hard it is to find rentals in the area allowing pets, but all animals must get along.
