Private room with a private washroom in the South Etobicoke near Humber Park only for an international high school student or college students under the age of 25, from July 5th 2026. Bedroom is furnished and isolated. The room is on the ground level and also has an exit to the backyard. Only kitchen room is shared with us. Bus stop is in front of our townhouse. Nearest subway stations - Old Mill or Royal York.
Nice and quite neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake and Humber Park. Eleven minutes to Humber College Lakeshore Campus. Main intersection: Queensway and Park Lawn.

Price for room $880.00 plus Bills (Internet, Electricity, heat/air conditioning and Water) - $100.00.

Discount if you choose room with a meal - hot homemade organic dinner or brunch/breakfast $1,300 (includes rent, bills and 1 meal).

Cleanimg deposit required if left room in dirty conditions. Otherwise deposit will be returned. Payment for the first and last month rent. Light cooking. 1 month moving out notice. No overnight guests. No cooking or guests after 10pm. Only for students under the age of 25.
