Note: The home is above the subway line so there are vibrations when trains pass through (very quickly to become accustomed to the sound and close to subway!). Otherwise the home is super quiet for all roommates.

You will be sharing the house with several other responsible students and young professionals. Additionally the homeowners (Andy & Sue) reside on the property in the basement. Homeowners will rarely use the shared amenities.
