All you need is a set of new towels and your toiletries. I think I have everything else you will need. Canyon Meadows South, Calgary Duplex Basement 1000sq’ 2bedroom unit! (Elbow Dr & Anderson Rd) 10min walk to Anderson C-Train Station. Bus stop across the street goes to Ctrain station. Fully furnished with 42“ TV - Shaw Cable & Internet, WIFI in living room. Kitchen Aid Appliances, Blender, Food Processor, Beater, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Instant Pot, Multiple Coffeemakers, Nespresso machine. Lots of brand new bedding! Prefer female as we will share a small bathroom. Must LOVE small dogs as I pet sit for extra income. I have disabilities and spend most of my time in bedroom. Lots of street parking.

Please Note: I smoke in my room, (not in the suite itself) as well the other unit in building has a tenant that smokes. If that is a deal breaker I fully understand. It is a nasty addiction.

We can negotiate a weeks FREE rent to help me relocate some bins and boxes I presently have stored in your bedroom. Relocate to indoor storage space under stairs or outside shed. I am physically incapable of doing it myself and unable to help.

Rent prices are insane! I received another $300 Rent increase last year and another $300 in August/2023. So I now pay $1850 including my Cable/Internet & insurance. I have been here 5yrs. Rent is more than what I get for disability cheque. Need some money for food, staples and dog food. I pay a cleaning lady to come at least twice a month for $160, would reduce your rent if you can give me 4hrs every 2 weeks to help me instead. No children, never married! Lots of puppies! I have travelled a lot before I became sick. Sorry I am allergic to cats and I have already reached the limit for dogs allowed by management.
