Samantha's room

Room for rent in my 945 sq ft townhouse in a well maintained and quiet area in Canyon Meadows. It is super close to Fish Creek park, steps from bus stops, and about a 10 min walk to the train station nearby. Street parking is available nearby. Smoking outside only.

Private room is available (partially furnished, if desired), with access to the rest of the home. Common areas are furnished, and some storage space can be made available in the basement. Rent includes utilities & internet; common areas (including bathroom) are shared with a single, 30ish year old female.

I am quiet & introverted, I am not a partier, don’t smoke, and rarely drink. I work full time outside the home, and in my spare time, I enjoy taking my dogs out for walks, binge watching Netflix, reading, or meeting up with a friend.

I live with two medium sized dogs (each around 50lbs), and a rowdy kitten. Unfortunately, I cannot have any more animals in the home, so it is not pet friendly, but roomies will need to be okay with pets in the home.
