Private room for rent in a safe quiet neighbourhood close to Gage Park in Hamilton. Looking for a roommate to share my space with. FEMALE ONLY! Must be clean and respectful, mature and friendly, and must love animals as I do have a large dog and a cat. Would prefer to have no other pets but would consider another LARGE dog for the right person. Looking for a non smoker please and someone who is not looking to use our house as a revolving door for their friends. I do shift work and need to be able to sleep during the day when on my night rotation so must be accommodating of that. Street parking only. Hydro and internet are extra but will be split 50/50.

It’s is a two bedroom apartment so I am the only other roommate (unless you want to count Fiji 🐶 and Chicken 🐱). I am super friendly and outgoing and easy to get along with. I love to hangout and be social but I also love my quiet downtime. Fiji and I go on lots of walks&hikes so if you enjoy that, you are welcome to join. I love to play games and enjoy a nice glass of wine 🍷. I am a PSW and work at one of the hospitals in Hamilton full time as well as at a horse barn once or twice a week 🐴.
