About the room

I am renting a nice 3-bedroom at a great location and looking for a roommate to occupy the 3rd. We are working professionals and looking for a working professional who is mature, respectful and responsible to join us. The room is furnished. The bathroom is shared with the other roommates and the living areas and kitchen are shared as well. First and last month’s rent is required upon signing.
