🌷🌿 Offering: Single beautiful room, in a classic Victorian home set in an older historic neighborhood within the original Sarnia, near amenities, park, waterfront, library, theater. Fairly easy bus route to college, two minute walk to bus stop. Fully equipped kitchen, quality furniture, two fridges/freezers, 2 bathrooms, laundry, front and back deck and porch. All inclusive, highest speed Fibre internet, Netflix, use of home. Smoking outside only 🌻

Excellent 💫🌞 roommates sharing in hospitable casual atmosphere, peaceful and conducive to study.

Sociability and mature interaction as well as appropriate communication and attention to responsible upkeep of the house in common, especially the kitchen and bathroom is a given, in a timely fashion based on a team environment. There is a zero gossip policy.

Friends to visit or for dinner are more than welcome. However, this is not a setting for overnight guests or couples, sorry.

Marijuana etc is strictly prohibited in the home or even outside in proximity.

We have one dog 🐕 who is a foodie. He is very friendly and a great watchdog. Putting him out or feeding occasionally may be asked (thank you).

Terms: 🐦 First and last required, 30 days notice also, with some exceptions considered if discussed beforehand as well as extending the stay as per situation. Damages are the responsibility of tenants if an issue of negligence.

Longer term is preferred, 3 month minimum, only the school term is acceptable with no obligation to the full year.
