This basement suite of 900 sq feet in the heart of North Glenmore comes fully furnished (aside from your bedroom) along with kitchen necessities. My current roommate and I are the first tenants of this newly renovated (2 years ago) basement. The landlord lives upstairs with his friendly dog who frequents the backyard and will always say hello if thats your thing.

Whether you are a student or young professional, come take a look! No couples please.

As per the landlord: No smoking, no drugs, no other pets- I own a cat already and she lives in the suite, note that if you have any allergies :)

The $800 includes EVERYTHING. Wifi, heat, water, electricity, all of it!

There is a Circle K, Tim Hortons, and larger convenience store all within a 2 minute drive/ 10 minute walk. The property faces a field that houses an elementary school. Very safe community!

Mount Royal University is around a 20 minute bus ride, 30 minute walk, or 10 minute drive and Marda Loop is a quick 10 minute drive.

Hey there! My name is Sydney (she/her) and I am the occupant of the other room in the suite. I go to school full time and work part time so I am out of the house for a large part of the days except for the occasional lazy day. I enjoy a clean space as most people do, but a little clutter does not bother me either. I would love to be a friend and watch a movie but I really just want you to feel like this is a place you can call home, whatever that looks like for you.

I rarely have people over, usually I go to their house instead so when I am home I am unwinding and quiet.

This is a safe space! Come as you are.

Just because I do not have people over very often still please feel free to bring your friends over for a movie night with a glass of wine. Because of upstairs/shared detail I would prefer any larger parties (like 15+ people) go elsewhere.

Like I mentioned I do have a cat, so being okay with that is a must. Everyone loves their cat and thinks they are perfect, but she really has been nothing short of well behaved. No table top or counter walking and fully litter trained of course. She requires very little attention (except when she wants me to feed her) and she is completely an indoor cat. I have never heard her hiss and she has never bitten for any reason, just a little playful swat here and there.

The landlord has been nothing short of amazing! We have very few problems and if we do, he is around to fix them as soon as he can.
