The room is private; the area is diverse in age; there is a large walking park with an entrance 5 or 6 houses down; Deerfoot city and the airport are a 5 minute drive across 64 ave bridge, there is a shed in the back for additional storage and a back deck for thing like a bbq

I am an engineering graduate who is currently on WCB due to a workplace injury so I’m home 95% of the time. I’m a lover of books, board games and video games. I’m not big on parties or get togethers larger than a handful of people so you don’t need to worry about that.
