Brand new building! Beautiful 2 bedroom 3rd story apartment in an extremely quiet 3 story walk up. I have most furnishings, and the room is furnished with a bed, lamp, dresser, and chair, I am still looking for a desk. If you have your own furniture that you prefer, I can remove/sell some of mine!

In suite laundry, with fiber internet, water and electricity included in the rent. You would need to apply with Forthright Properties if we agreed we were a good match for sharing an apartment! The lease is till August 31st, and rent is due on the first each month, but we can arrange to get you moved in anytime once Forthright gives the ok. I anticipate staying in the property at least another year after this lease is up, and am looking for someone that plans to stay at least a year.

I am a 36 year old working in the office and training to become a commercial pilot at Harvs Air Service. I am quiet but friendly, love walking, and baking, and boardgames. Non smoking, low, social drinking only. I like to have games nights, but am very busy with work and training, so I don’t host often.

Looking for a roommate that has their own work or study going on! Also happy to share with a retiree if we get along well!
