• in a Victorian style house in the Annex great location -5 min walk from DuPont subway station and a 10 min walk from St George subway station. the main roads near are DuPont and Bloor street. -near casa loma,U of T and George Brown Campus
• unfurnished room but plenty of space to fit a queen mattress and a cabinet
• is on the first floor of house has a huge bright window, spacious with antique highlights -3 shared bathrooms
• laundry will be available in basement of house
• Nov 1- April 30 is the six month lease, since end of April landlords are renovating the house

About the Roomies:

• 6 students/young working professionals living here
• we are all very chill and easy going guy and gals.respect our own time but also very open, social and friendly
