I’m looking for a roommate/s to stay in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse located on the Esplanade (Share kitchen, bathroom, dining & living space). The townhouse is partially furnished & the bedrooms are unfurnished.

Rent includes all utilities and internet

Location is at M5A 4H1

Accessible to transit: 3 min walk to King Streetcar, less than 1 min walk to 121 bus to Union Station or 75 bus to Sherbourne Station.

Travel times: 12 min walk or 5 min streetcar ride to King Station, 10 min bus ride (121) or 15 min walk to Union Station, 15 min bus ride or 35 min walk to Sherbourne Station

2 min walk to St Lawrence Market, various pubs, restaurants, George Brown college & LCBO. 5 minute walk to Metro & Nofrills. Ideal location for anyone looking for a convenience!

Responsible people only, shared area cleaning done every other week. We will alternate.

6month lease (willing to extend). First and last month required. Room will be available for move in December 1st.
