Hello ! I’m back on this website again , my room was paused as I found a roommate who is in process of moving out . I asked this person to move out after too much alcohol was consumed , my home is alcohol, drugs and smoke free . I’m a female in my fifties living with my 30 year old son . We are very quiet, both working full time , absolutely no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs. We keep to ourselves. I can understand that since I’m looking for a female roommate ( after couple of unwanted , unwelcome experiences with males) ladies can be uncomfortable sharing our townhouse with my son , I just like to add that my son is a perfect gentleman, kind and polite and very quiet, spends a lot of his free time in his room in front of the computer,( gamer ) , you will almost never see him. He uses my bathroom , you will have another washroom to yourself We would like a roommate to help with cost of living.If you are looking for safe , quiet, no party environment our place is for you
