Private, unfurnished room in a two bedroom apartment. Great view onto King St W and steps away from 2 streetcar lines. It is near lots of popular restaurants and Trinity Bellwoods. Within walking distance of Shoppers and Farm Boy. There is a gym and pools (indoor and outdoor) in the building as well as a large green space behind the building. Parking not included but there are many spots for rent in the building. Credit check and deposit required.

Hi Roomies, I’m Hannah! I’m friendly and respectful. I currently work from home 4 out of 5 days. I have a bunny but he stays in my room. I’m happy to have roomie who wants to chat and get a coffee or watch a movie every once in a while but also don’t mind someone who needs privacy.
