3 bdrm main floor of a duplex in quiet area of Edgemont. House is furnished, but not your room. Utilities/wifi included.

I’m a 44 year old cabinet maker. I work a lot so my roomate will have lots of privacy. I have a 10 year old kid that comes over every second weekend and every Tuesday evening, so I’d like my roommate to try and be scarce during those times. I don’t drink, so I would prefer someone who also doesn’t drink, or at least keeps it light.
