A bit about the place:
My home is a cozy three-bedroom, single-bathroom, two-story house with an unfinished basement situated beside the Experimental Farm near Fisher Ave. It has a front yard and back yard with veggie gardens. Common spaces are furnished. There is also a garage that is great for bike storage.

About the room:
Included in the rent: Heat, Hydro, Water, Internet (not for gaming). Private, Large Room: $950/month, 10’x15’ (3.05m x 4.57m) The room has a large window overlooking the front yard. It has a medium-sized closet, and wood flooring. Includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, bedside table with lamp, desk and chair. You must provide your own bedding and pillow, and sheets must always be used on the bed. Please, no synthetic sheet materials!

Driveway Parking = $50/month
Furnished is available = $50/month

I am looking for a young-hearted professional/mature person who is looking for community within the home they live; I aim to work together to keep a clean, friendly, and functional home. In search of a mindful, environmentally conscientious, social, outgoing, emotionally mature human (your age/gender orientation doesn’t matter) who is comfortable articulating their needs and wishes—a good communicator. Non-smoker/non-vaporer; drug-free (a little rec use is fine, of course); social drinker, but not a partier; with an important emphasis on someone who likes to keep a home clean and tidy.

This is a pet-free, scent-free home due to allergies, and respecting these is important. (Please ask if you’re unsure what this means)

A bit about the host:
I’m an active, creative, working professional who likes to have projects on the go. I love to play (sports, games, board games) and stay active. Outdoor enthusiast, and environmentalist at heart, I try to live a zero-waste lifestyle, and eat/support as much local/organic food as possible. — And always open to improving on these principles. To summarize, I’m an extroverted, good-humoured, down to earth person, who values community (friendliness, communication, collaboration), and the health of our planet.
