I presently live in a beautiful two-story apartment suite with the kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and the bedrooms and washroom upstairs. The suite is 850 sq ft and the available room is roughly 10ft by 8.5 feet with a large closet. The apartment is already mostly furnished but still has some room to grow if you have furniture of your own that you’d like to bring for the common spaces. I initially moved here with plans to live with a friend. However, they ended up not being able to move and now I have a vacant room. I signed a 12-month lease in October. I’d like for the the next person who lives here to plan on staying for at least 6 months.

This apartment is perfect for students since the University of Calgary is only an 8 minute transit trip away (or 20 minute walk). The apartment is directly across the street from Market Mall and is only a 5 minute walk from Safeway and Homesense! Additionally, building parking is available for an additional $30 a month. I presently don’t have a vehicle so I do not have a parking spot at the apartment.

There is no smoking in the building but smoking outside or on the balcony allowed.

Im a student at the University of Calgary getting my Bachelor of Science. I’m a musician and artist in my spare time. I really enjoy music festivals and concerts.

I work a part-time retail job and am not home most afternoons. When I’m home I tend to spend my time studying, baking, and playing with my two beautiful cats (Kronk and Kimchi). I’m a relatively quiet person and like to keep things tidy. I’m a very good communicator and hope we can clearly discuss things so we can make sure we’re both happy :)
