Bright, new suite in a new condo in the East Village. Room overlooks the city (Calgary tower, and on a clear day, the rockies) Definitely a city-lovers apartment.

There is a main apartment bathroom that would be yours (master bedroom has ensuite), and the kitchen/living room would be shared.

Room is unfurnished, and would best fit a double bed to make space for a dresser/desk/etc. but could fit a queen if you didn’t need too much extra space.

Building has a full gym, apartment has a Peloton.

I’m a mid-thirties woman who works in the non-profit sector who thought she needed a two bedroom apartment but, turns out, doesn’t!

Most important to know This apartment comes with a French Bulldog. He loves people but doesn’t get along so well with crowds/other dogs. He’s fairly quiet and comes to work with me most days of the week. He loves to snuggle, but will snore.

I moved to Calgary in January for work and am loving the city so far, but haven’t been able to meet a lot of people due to work. Would love a roomie I get along with well enough that we don’t need to avoid each other!

I’m considering a move to a smaller apartment in June when my lease is up, so a short term student looking for a room is ideal, but if it’s working out, I’m open to staying.
