I’m looking for a roommate for November 1st possibly earlier. Somebody chill with a routine. You’ll have your own room and bathroom in quiet neighborhood of Verdun. Looking for someone that is responsible, clean, easy to live with and who pays on time.

The property is located in close proximity to Pharmaprix, a library, IGA, gym and nice park. Metro Verdun is accessible by 12 mins walk or by bus that passes right on the corner of the street. De l’Eglise metro is also close by. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.

Hydro, internet and all bills are included in the rent.

I would like to keep the unit peaceful. I am a clean and organized person. I am also a social person and would love to live with people who are on a similar schedule to me so that week nights are calm but there’s the possibility to hang out on the weekend.
