HI, I have a Room available for April, the home is a 15 minutes drive from Lindsay On. This home is not in town, and located on a rural property. There is no bus service, so your own transportation is required. This room is perfect for Fleming students who are looking to be out of town and in the county, but still reasonably close to the college. The room is in a quiet home that is shared with the owner. This is a safe home situated on a country lot, if you like nature, gardens, trails, and star-filled nights this is the place. The room is best suited for a student or working professional. We have had many students and they all enjoyed there stay, best suited for a student or someone working in the area. Just a heads up there is no public transit to this house, so you must have your own transportation.

Looking for a responsible roommate who’s clean, quiet, and respectful. Must be a student or working on furthering your career. No smoking of any kind in the house and no parties. Best Regards
