Property is the upper level of a house including a large backyard with firepit, two car garage (which is split with the downstairs tenants), washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and gas fireplace. The bathroom is shared but has two sinks and sets of drawers so we each have our own spaces. Its a very nice place close the the University of Calgary, Market mall, Northland mall, and Brentwood LRT all within a 20 min walk or less of each. Rent is 800 and utilities are split between the upstairs and downstairs levels but for you internet is generally $30 a month and other utilises can vary but is around about $100. A little more in the winter, a little less in the summer.

I’m Alisdair and I am currently in my final year of university. My current roomie is buying his own place and moving out at the end of this year so I looking for someone to take his room. He’s also taking most of the furniture so if you have any you can bring feel free. If not I can get some but I don’t want to until I know if someone if bringing furniture or not. I am pretty chill and spend most of my time in my room studying or out working or at Uni. I’m fine if you vape or smoke as long as it doesn’t start to stink up the house so try and use the back deck if you can. Otherwise you also get an additional room to decorate and use as you see fit that connects to the back deck and living room. My current roomie uses it as his office but think it’s supposed to be a dining room or something.
