I am away occasionally - so it’s responsible, trustworthy and thoughtful roomies that I’m looking for. Please note: Up-to-date credit score, 2 landlord references, work or school information, and a 2-month deposit is ideal and those applicants will be given preference as Roomies. Minimum stay is 3 months and we hope for folks wishing to stay 6+ months.
