Gorgeous century-home with 2 spacious, 2nd-floor bedrooms available. Each private bedroom has large closets, a door with lock, and a window with blinds. All three cosy rooms are clean and furnished - if you prefer to use your own furniture just arrange with us.

To make you even more comfortable we’ve set aside a bright, second-story sitting room for roomies to share and relax in - this room has an extra microwave for quick snacks to save a trip to the kitchen. This common area leads out to a huge, second-floor sun deck which you’ll likely be spending a ton of time in during the warm weather! Great for catching the sun’s rays, or for star-watching in the evenings!

Exclusive for our 2 roomies is a large & modern, sunny bathroom - complete with toilet, sink and spa-like glassed-in shower stall. Well-lit, properly ventilated, and cupboards for your toiletries and towels.

Our home has a large, beautiful eat-in kitchen with cosy heated floor (so nice on the feet!!). You have access to a spacious, oversize fridge & freezer; tons of cupboards; a built-in oven, and a 5-burner gas stovetop. There is also a built-in microwave. The double sink and large dishwasher make clean-up a breeze!

Washer and dryer are on the main floor, with ironing board and iron if you need them. These are located in a cheerful sunroom overlooking our lovely backyard with it’s lush garden setting and gorgeous magnolia tree - all yours to enjoy with us!

Our home is on a safe & quiet residential street with friendly neighbours, and it’s just a 15 minute walk to the Farmer’s Market; close to the highway, Merritt Trail and downtown. A number of grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores and cafés are all within walking distance. Three different bus lines taking you where you want to go - bus stops just a 5-minute walk and the St. Catharine’s bus terminal is a 15-17 minute walk.

Enjoy a coffee break on the front porch or backyard. Have a bike? We can arrange storage in the garage or park it in a corner at the back of the house.

Monthly fee includes wifi, heat, hydro and water. (You’ll not be billed above our monthly rate unless there is careless or reckless behaviour regarding use of the utilities which exceeds normal expected use). We look forward to greeting you and sharing our home!

I’m looking for clean, kind, respectful people; professionals and graduate or post-graduate students. I live in separate rooms on the ground floor; I’m quiet and clean and often working. I am away occasionally - so it’s responsible, trustworthy and thoughtful roomies that I’m looking for. Please note: Up-to-date credit score, 2 landlord references, work or school information, and a 2-month deposit is ideal and those applicants will be given preference as Roomies. Minimum stay is 2 months and we hope for folks wishing to stay 6+ months. Renewal of contract or month-to-month always a possibility - with 2 months notice for move out.
