The room is cozy but it has its own bathroom and a beautiful view from the big window. The condo is older and renovated with a new tub and new kitchen appliances. It is across from a co-op and multiple other shops in walking distance. There is a bus stop outside of the condo (the rent will drop 20$ if you don’t have a car) the train station is about a 15-20min walk away from the entrance. The rent has internet, electricity and water included in the price along with a parking spot. The condo is on the top floor with a big balcony and a fire place.

I am a very friendly person and will include you in anything that is happening if you want to be involved. I am clean and good with sharing but I know when boundaries have to respected.
