Our home is 1 level, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large Sundeck. We have a Furnished bedroom in our home for rent, with queen size bed, dresser and bedside table, double closet. We are offering a safe and serene space for occupant. Ideally suited for single working person. We are a 10 minute drive to down town Duncan. Very quiet area. Sorry no Pets! No sleep over quests. No drugs or alcohol. No partiers.
Im retired 3 years ago, my husband still works. My husband loves working on his vehicles, taking his boat out to do some fishing, and watching football. I’m pretty much a home body, and like working outside in my gardens. We are pretty laid back and easy to get along with. We respect people’s privacy.
