Kitchen and laundry are shared with one female roommate who lives in the walkout basement suite, although she rarely uses the kitchen. She has her own private entrance, so you will get plenty of privacy and space.

Rent: $1400 for one female or $1800 for a couple + utilities (~$150/month) Damage deposit equivalent to one month’s rent required. Month to month tenancy. Available immediately.

You will share an entire 2300+ square feet home with a professional female in her 30s who is quiet, clean, and respectful. The home owners live and work abroad and are looking for a professional female or couple to look after the home as their own.
