It’s a really nice brand-new house, located on Trident Mews Street to be exact. Will be a private room, never lived in. Clean, the rest of the house will be furnished and modern, you can do what you wish in your room within reason. 10 min walk to Findlay Creek/Bank Bus Stop. Shared bathroom with one other person.

The other roommates are 2 guys and 1 girl 20-21 years old, we’re all friends, just looking for one more to take the spare bedroom. All of us are easygoing and reasonable. 1 working full time for the government, another working full time somewhere else, and the last still in their second year at Carleton.
