Utilities will be shared by both of us and includes Heat, Electricity and Wifi, Hot water is free building has coin laundry available. Apt is furnished but I can allow for a few more items depending on my roommates preference. Nice neighborhood, close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants, steps from the beach Stanley Park and lots of outdoor activities to enjoy.

I am a very quiet and private professional and I work mostly during the day 8am to 4pm and nights 3pm to 11pm night. I prefer someone for long term stay (1yr or longer) and will consider short term too if I find a compatible person. Preference for a student but I’m open to share my place with someone who will respect my privacy and quiet and a great fit. I prefer no visitors (but open for discussion with roommate) My neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful of each other.
