About the room

Utilities will be shared by both of us and includes Heat, Electricity and Wifi, Hot water is free building has coin laundry available. Apt is furnished but I can allow for a few more items depending on my roommates preference. Nice neighborhood, close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants, steps from the beach Stanley Park and lots of outdoor activities to enjoy.

About the roomies

I am a very quiet and private professional and I work mostly during the night. I prefer someone for long term stay(1yr or longer) and will consider short term too. Preference for a student but I’m open to share my place with someone who will respect my privacy and quiet. I prefer no visitors(but open for discussion) and my neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful of each other
