Located in Inglewood and only steps away from the river with walking and biking paths. I am looking for a female roommate similar to me working within their field of profession. Earliest move in is March 16, 2023. The price listed is for your half and includes the cost of the bills (including internet).

There is free street parking available. The condo unit has 2 full bathrooms so we each will have our own. A washer and dryer is in suite and inside the 2nd bathroom so this portion does need to be shared. The shared space is already furnished and kitchen fully equipped, you will just need to furnish your room.

Condo has a fitness room that can be used and a party room that can be booked out for small gatherings.

I am a 27 year old supply chain professional working in aviation. I enjoy spending my weekends in the mountains going on hikes. I have a puppy I am currently training so you will need to love dogs and be ok with one in the unit. She is a beagle mix with Basenji and will be 6 months old by mid-March. She’s small-medium sized and expected to get to about 25 lbs. I am not big on partying and rarely go out so hoping to find someone similar (at least someone who likes to go to sleep regular hours during the week) :)
