Looking for a roommate to share townhouse with myself and another roommate. You will share whole house with us. Very large kitchen, you will have an unfurnished bedroom. House is fully furnished except you will need your own bedroom furniture. Voice activated music in every room. There is three levels. Basement has a recording studio and 80s arcade. The basement also has a steam and massage shower. Rent is $700 per month and includes all utilities and wifi and every TV subscription imaginable. No damage deposit required. In neighborhood with lake and walking trails in Glastonbury in Westend. Located close to West Edmonton Mall and Whitemud and Anthony Henday. Also within walking distance of grocery stores and other retail. We are easy to get along with and share all this space with. Your room will be on the top level.
