LOOKING FOR MALE OR FEMALE ROOMMATE

*Single parent ok Available March 1st - 2 month lease. I sold the home for June 2nd.

I am looking for a male or female roommate in a 1995 sq ft home.

*On a month to month basis (with 30 day notice with any changes).

There are 3 bedrooms and I have the Master Bedroom.

I am looking to rent to only ONE PERSON the other 2 rooms.

The one room is fully furnished with a small dresser, queen size bed (which I can remove) and a large IKEA cabinet.

The second room is fully furnished for your own private living space (including a mini fridge) for you to relax, a private tv area (satellite box with internet included).

You would have the main bathroom just for yourself.

Must love dogs. There is a 14 year old long haired Chihuahua that you swear is still a puppy, very loving and friendly (not yappy).

I would clear a couple shelves in the main fridge and pantry. There is a pool table that has not been used in a long time with covid; an outdoor BBQ and fire pit.

If I am home, I can sign you in at the lake where there are 3 tennis courts, 2 volleyball nets, walking path, beach, use of row boats, canoes, kayaks (that you sit on top – not in the hull).

Two blocks walking distance to Circle K, Ace Liquor, Itokio Sushi, Pizza 73 and Tim Hortons. Other amenities are a five minute drive away (large mall in Walden). Car Wash is about 3 minutes away.

So you would have the two bedrooms and prefer professional roommate with a good job (prefer a non smoker).

There is also tons of storage and space. It is a beautiful neighborhood walking paths, a quick drive to Fish Creek Park and Sicome Lake.
