I’m a graduate student at the University of Guelph ideally looking to share my place with a co-op student or another graduate student.

The apartment is located just off Gordon on a quiet street. It’s a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride (route 99) from the UoG campus, and a 10 minute walk (5 minute bus) to downtown Guelph.

The room is large and clean and has a big closet and window. It would easily fit a double or queen bed. Spacious bathroom with double sinks.

Common areas include kitchen, dining, living room and a large balcony, as the apartment is located on the second floor. Laundry is available on site, washers and dryers are new. The building is well cared for and well-serviced.

Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, unlimited internet and 100% use of a designated parking spot.)

It’s a quiet residential area near Speed River, walking distance from LCBO, a great grocery store, convenience stores, as well as restaurants (Starbucks, Bardo, Freshii, Boathouse, Hanami Sushi, etc).

I’m looking for a responsible roommate that will contribute to keeping common areas tidy and respect regular sleeping hours. No parties/large gatherings. No large pets.

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Guelph looking for a quiet, clean, and respectable roommate either for short or long term. I primarily work from home, so a stable home life and open communication is absolutely essential to me. I enjoy video games, movies, and playing guitar.
