I bought the property this year and have been living here since April 2022. I’m a friendly, outgoing, 34 year old professional guy. I enjoy my nights out as well as my evenings in, and am often not home until later in the evenings as I have a pretty busy social life. I like to keep the place fairly clean and organised. Occasionally I do work from home. I am contemplating renting out my spare room, but need to make sure whoever is living there is a good fit as the kitchen and living spaces are shared.
