Room for rent in a condo with balcony located in quarry park. Super close to the bow if you are active or like being outside. Rent is 1000 with shared wifi and electricity. Usually around 70 each . The bathroom is shared.

I’m a 25 yo student at u of c. I’m looking for a roommate close to my age, either a student or working professional. I have a dog and a cat. My run, infrequently go to the gym and spend a lot of time with my dog when I’m not in school. Clean and and looking for a roommate who also likes a clean space.
