Tina's room

I have an extra bedroom in a basement apartment in Rundle NE. Street parking is available. There’s a wood burning fireplace in a large living room, shared kitchen with me and and shared laundry with the household. You have access to the living room and dining areas should you choose. My cat is very talkative, only been with 1 other cat its whole life he is about 12 years old. I am not looking for a relationship or FWB, just a roommate. Could try with another cat, however, he is a bit skittish, so I’m not sure how it will go. Might be able to negotiate the deposit amount. I would definitely need half of it up front. The room has a bed in it already if you need it. However it can be moved if you have all your furniture already. Also, the couches in the living room are not the best, i am open to new ones if you have, but I can not promise my cat won’t scratch it.

I’m upbeat and friendly. I love my alone time but I am sociable. I occasionally like to entertain, play video games, read and I am always cooking something delicious, and I love to share. I work full time Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and I need privacy for security reasons. My workstation is in a common area. I am looking for someone who works full time as well, preferably not at home or could work in their room. Not looking for couples. However, may make an exception for the right fit. I am a clean roommate and prefer someone just as clean and organized. I’m a smoker, occasional drinker and cannabis friendly, no hard drugs please, and all smoking is outside. I have a three month trial period to see if we fit.
