I have a room available for rent effective: July 1st, 2023.

My two bedroom condo is located in the heart of Coquitlam. Close to Lougheed Town centre, transit, restaurants, shopping, Coquitlam college, Douglas College and Simon Fraser University, (Burnaby/Surrey campuses) and quick access to highway 1.

Two bedroom apartment suite includes: Furnished private room with single sized bed, desk space and spacious closet. Room overlooks fraser river and city views. Includes access to shared washroom, kitchen and in-suite laundry.

**Suitable for working female professionals or, female students only!

Utilities:

• Internet included.
• Hydro is a shared costs to be divided equally at the end of every second month. (Typically around $50-70/month)
• Street parking available.

I am a working professional with two jobs so I’m out working a lot during the weekdays. On the weekends if I’m not working my other job, I like to spend my free time with friends, family and my sisters dog. I often dog sit for my sisters husky so I would need someone who is ok with dogs. I am very neat and clean so I expect the same from my roomie. It’s always best to meet and see if we vibe then we can determine if we would be a good fit.
