This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in Ranchlands has a modern contemporary feel.

Two bedrooms and one bath are located on the second floor, with the remaining bedroom on the main floor, along with a full bath. I am currently using the 3rd bedroom as an office/ guest room and would be happy to share this space with you as well. It is well laid out to give roommates lots of privacy and space.

The bedroom available is available furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The remainder of the home is fully furnished.

The house also features two living areas, one on the main floor, and one in the basement. So there is plenty of space for us to have our own space to entertain separately.

The basement living area features a wet bar and wine fridge and makes a great space for entertaining.

I love to cook and have a contemporary-style kitchen with all the necessary kitchen gadgets.

An additional unique feature of this home is the functioning Cedar Sauna in the basement!

I have a cozy private yard space, that is surrounded by Spruce trees. The yard has a BBQ, and Propane fire pit, a hammock and an outdoor dining space. I also have a few flowerbeds and enjoy gardening in the summer months.

There is plenty of accessible street parking, or I would be happy to rent the assigned stall, which comes with a plug-in, for an additional $15 fee per month.

The neighborhood of Ranchlands is close to all amenities. The home is located equidistant to Dalhousie and Crowfoot LRT stations. It is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the Crowfoot Crossing shopping complex which has everything you need including grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a gym, and lots more. The location provides great access for getting around the city or getting out to the mountains. If you enjoy walks, you’ll love that this home is situated between many beautiful forested parks and is just a 10 min drive to Bowness and Baker park.

Rent includes all utilities(Electricity, Water, Gas) as well as the internet. The televisions in the communal areas also have Netflix, and Amazon prime accounts linked.

My name is Talore I am in my 30s, and an ambitious professional working in the entertainment sector. I have a passion for live arts, I love going to the theatre, concerts, comedy shows, opera, films, you name it. I adore my home and enjoy spending time at home when my busy lifestyle allows it. I have a grey tabby cat named Earl. He is 10 months old, and a very playful and affectionate little kitten. He is fully house-trained, has never scratched or damaged any furniture, and sheds only mildly.

Ideally, I would love to find someone with a similar lifestyle as me. I tend to keep things quiet and career-focused during the weekdays and enjoy socializing over the weekends. Someone with varied interests and career ambitions, who values pride in their home.
