The house is fairly large and has two dens, as well as a fireplace and a fully fenced backyard. Pets welcome but will require a $60 pet deposit per month. Space for vehicles in front of the house and in the alley behind, as well as a 2-car garage.

Two MRU students, and a very cute dog, in our 20s (not the dog) looking for someone to share rent with (you can also pet the dog). We like to keep a fairly tidy house but we’re not too concerned with a bit of mess if it happens.
