Hello, I am the owner of this house, and am looking to rent out the furnished ground floor bedroom to a responsible person.

This house has undergone almost an entire renovation recently excluding the kitchen and select elements in the bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom is the only bedroom situated on the ground floor. The accompanying full bathroom is right beside the bedroom. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the third floor which gives the room plenty of privacy.

The location is quite central, being situated near the North Willoughby shopping center with easy access to Highway #1 and Trinity Western University.

What is included. Wi-Fi, utilities, parking. $900/month. 3 month minimum.

Parking in the driveway is conditional to the vehicle being able to move, as there will be a vehicle parked in the garage that would otherwise be blocked in.
