I have my second bedroom for rental. I have a lovely quiet, 2 bedroom apartment very comfortably furnished with new bed, mattress, sheets, towels. I am in mid-town Toronto, bus stop east to Yonge subway and west to Allen subway 2 minute walk AND the new crosstown LRT just across the street !!! . My local area has restaurants, drug stores, dollar store, post office, health food store, great mini grocery, bagel shop, etc. I am semi-retired, i work two part-time jobs, , travel a bit, play tennis and yoga and swimming. . I would consider myself very easy-going, very respectful of my roommate. I do have a CAT so anyone considering rental would of course need to like cats !! AND would be OK to cat sit if I go away for vacation, possibly a couple times a year. You would have the place all to yourself ! Check out my listing and photos.
